Giovanni Vecchio is a Director and Italy Representative for Euronext, supporting Italian Tech companies and tech ecosystem in taking the next step by having access to international investors and raising money through Euronex IPO.
Giovanni gained a strong track record in SMEs financing including more than 6 IPOs completed with Integrae SIM, a leading italian investment bank focused on small cap ECM/DCM, as well as several M&A deals and structured debt securities issuing. His sector expertise includes financial and venture, ICT, cleantech and energy.
He was also investment manager with focus on portfolio valorization and exits at TTVenture, a venture capital fund managed by Quadrivio, one of the largest and diversified AMC in Italy, where he managed a portfolio of 5 companies in lifescience and new materials and completed several deals such as an international IPO on a portfolio company engaged in on nanoparticles industry.
Previous experience includes trading on Nasdaq at UBS in USA and business consulting at Erns & Young as well as an experience with a small healthcare M&A boutique in Milano.
Currently Giovanni still holds board seats on several tech companies in lifescience and aerospace industry.
Giovanni holds a MsC in Business at Bocconi University in Milano and a Master in Finance from University of California, San Diego.
